Thread count

Specified to ASTM D3775 on finished fabric, after singeing and mercerising, so the number survives the first wash.

Shrinkage

Dimensional change to ISO 6330 over five wash cycles; sheeting cut oversize so post-wash size meets the stated bed.

Colour fastness

ISO 105-C06 at 60°C, plus rubbing and perspiration grades. Whites specified chlorine-tolerant for hygiene rinses.

Specified for tunnel washers, calenders and 85°C thermal disinfection, with stitch density stated per article.
