Estate-washed arabica from the planter districts of the south. Graded by screen and supplied for considered blending.
Provenance
India's arabica grows under shade in the old planter districts, estates that have washed and graded their coffee for over a century. Plantation is the washed preparation: pulped at the estate, sun-dried, and milled to a clean, even green bean.
Carriage & Grade
Lots are graded by screen (the peaberry, the A, the B) and supplied to blenders who want the gentle, rounded cup Indian washed arabica is known for. The house contracts by estate and grade, and the certificate names both.
