Crystalline purple of considered depth, gathered in geode form and presented as cluster or cabochon.
The Stone
Amethyst is quartz given its purple by iron and irradiation across geological time. The house favours stones of considered depth (colour that holds in low light) over the pale commercial run, and takes geodes whole where the crystal architecture deserves it.
Disposition
Presented as cluster, geode section, or cut cabochon, each lot graded by depth and evenness of colour. The great clusters travel crated and papered; the cut stones by parcel, tone-matched.
