Clear quartz threaded with fine needles of golden rutile, each specimen entirely its own composition.
The Stone
Within clear quartz, rutile crystallises as fine golden needles, sometimes scattered, sometimes gathered in sprays that the trade calls Venus hair. No two specimens repeat; each is a composition set in crystal at the moment of its making.
Disposition
The house selects for the clarity of the quartz and the drama of the needlework, and conveys each piece individually photographed. These are stones bought by the specimen, never by the parcel.
