The green gram of Rajasthan, carried whole in its olive skin, split with the husk, and husked to lemon yellow. An organic grade is held for considered shipments.
Provenance
Moong is Rajasthan's gram above all, with Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra in support. The house carries it whole in its bright olive skin, as chilka split with the husk, and as mogar, husked and split to a clean lemon yellow.
Carriage & Packing
An organic line (certified under NPOP, USDA, and EU regimes) is held for the houses of Oman, Qatar, and Sharjah, where the premium grades find their fastest-growing custom. Conventional lots are double-sorted, gravity-cleaned, and packed to the buyer's count.
